Assassin’s Creed Mirage comes out near the very beginning of October. There isn’t an incredible amount of hype surrounding the newest release, but that will hopefully change come the review embargo date.
Published by Ubisoft, Assassin’s Creed is one of the longest video game series still going. Ubisoft has lots of new games coming out such as the shockingly good Avatar and exciting Star Wars Outlaws, and leaks have even revealed surprising details about Far Cry 7. Avatar is set to come out before Christmas, meanwhile, Assassin’s Creed Mirage launches before all things spooky and wicked arrive this Halloween.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage review embargo date
The leaked review embargo date for Assassin’s Creed Mirage is October 4th.
The leaked details regarding the review embargo come courtesy of Neogaf user, Elder Legend who has also leaked the Forza Motorsport review embargo date.
This is positive news for fans as the launch day for the newest AC installment is October 5th. Basically, final impressions will be out one day before launch, meaning you will have time to make an educated decision about buying the game or not.
Although one of the longest video game series of all time, Assassin’s Creed is also one of the most divisive. Many prefer the older games that focused on Ezio, meanwhile, others like The Witcher-esque open-world RPG formula seen in Odyssey and Valhalla.
Mirage goes back to the series roots with an emphasis on stealth and assassinations. It takes place in Baghdad in the Middle East, and hopefully, it’ll be great for fans who have been starving for more traditional Assassin’s Creed gameplay.
It is coming to PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. For consoles, it is last and current-gen, meaning it will be playable on PS4 and PS5, Xbox One, and Series X/S.
