When is Team of the Year (TOTY) in EA Sports FC 24? Here we have the predicted release date and everything else we know so far.
TOTY is one of the most glorious times in the FIFA calendar. Fans of the franchise are presented with, at least, eleven of the world’s best players who all get simply monstrous cards.
The likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi, and Neymar were all the usual suspects, but in a new era full of fresh exciting names – who could potentially feature in EA Sports FC 24?
It remains to be seen, and so does the release date, but we have our educated guess as to when it will roll around in FC 24.
EA Sports FC 24 Team of the Year (TOTY) Predicted Release Date
We think TOTY will begin in FC 24 on Friday the 19th of January 2024.
This is going off last year’s release date when the attackers were released into packs, which was Friday the 20th of January 2023.
It’s customary for EA to release promos on a Friday evening – so we think this will follow suit, just a day earlier.
Last FIFA’s release date was much later than usual, but we reckon EA will follow a similar pattern.
This is to spread out content more evenly, whilst also not releasing these ‘end-game’ players into the cycle, again too early.

EA Sports FC 24 Team of the Year Predicted Schedule
Here is how we think the schedule will run, again, based on last year’s TOTY promo:
- Friday 19th – Sunday 21st January: Attackers appear in packs
- Sunday 21st January – Tuesday 23rd January: Midfielders in packs
- Tuesday 23rd – Thursday 25th January: Defenders and goalkeepers in packs
- Thursday 25th January: Full XI available
On each of those days, the cards will likely come into packs at 6 PM BST.
