September is a huge month for tomb raiders across the globe. Not only has Lara Croft joined Call of Duty, but we finally have the reveal date for the upcoming Tomb Raider Netflix anime that promises to be huge.
The future is bright for gamers who miss England’s leading lady, Miss Lara Croft. We know that a new video game is in development by Crystal Dynamics, it utilizes the Unreal Engine 5 and will be published by Amazon Games. But, before we even get a sniff of the new game, the massively exciting Tomb Raider Netflix anime is getting revealed following the debut of Lara in Call of Duty.
Tomb Raider Netflix anime reveal date
The reveal date for the Tomb Raider Netflix anime is September 27th.
As seen in the Netflix Drop 01 promotional video, there is blink and you’ll miss them cryptic messages such as ‘this September’ and ‘epic raider’. These are followed by the confirmation of Crystal Dynamics’ involvement along with Capcom.
The Netflix Drop 01 livestream is happening on September 27th at 09:00 PDT, 12:00 EST, and 17:00 BST. It’s 90 minutes long, and you will be able to watch it on the Netflix website.

What is the Tomb Raider Netflix anime?
The Tomb Raider Netflix anime is a series that takes place after Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
Camilla Ludington does not reprise her role as Lara Croft. Instead, she is replaced by the stunning English actress, Hayley Atwell, who people may recognize as Peggy Carter in Captain America and Grace in Mission Impossible 7.
Taking place after Shadow of the Tomb Raider, it will unite all three of the game’s different timelines; original, legend trilogy, and survivor trilogy. This is important because the new game will star unified Lara Croft after the events of Tomb Raider Underworld.
