Could you imagine a Fortnite football league?!
A Reddit user has made an incredible football stadium in Fortnite which has given many a great idea.
One thing that Epic Games have added in Season 5 is more fun sport to play when you’re not trying to be super serious. There is the race track in Paradise Palms, a golf course in Lazy Links, and various basketball courts around the map. Oh, and of course, there are the several football pitches around the map.
We had a big stadium in celebration for the World Cup, and there is an in-door stadium close to Tilted Towers.
While the World Cup stadium was removed, we reckon that this effort from Reddit user Royc1437 is even better.
It almost looks a little like both the Santiago Bernabeu and the San Siro, which is obviously a good thing.
One of the many comments on the post was something which sparked an idea from us.
Fortnite football matches?
What if each football pitch on Fortnite had a proper team? If Playgrounds had an unlimited time mode, you could have proper matches. You’d be able to represent your favourite location and whilst enjoying a fun way to spice things up a little in the game.
Unfortunately, with the limited time in Playground and no sign of free custom games being added. It might be more of a cool pipedream than something that you could realistically do.
