This is how to watch the OpTic Gaming Madden charity stream.
The gaming community was rocked by the events at the Madden tournament in Jacksonville, Florida, over the weekend. The shooter, David Katz, took the life of two people, wounding 10 others – before taking his own life.
American news outlet, CNN has claimed that one of the motives for the shooting could be due to Katz losing in the Madden tournament. In fact, they quoted Alexander Madunic, who was shot in the foot, as saying:
He was kinda upset about that, so I’m guessing that had something else to do with it, too.
More than 13 people and their families were directly involved in the tragedy; so OpTic Gaming is looking to help the victims. Posting on Twitter, OpTic revealed that they were going to do a charity stream; with all donations going to the victims family.

To support the families of those affected in yesterday's tragedy in Jacksonville, we will be doing a Madden charity live stream this Friday from 2PM-8PM CT
All donations made during the live stream will go to aid families of the victims.
More info coming soon.— OpTic Gaming™ (@OpTicGaming) August 27, 2018
This will no doubt help the victims families and hopefully rally the esport and gaming communities together following the tragedy.
The stream will start at 8pm BST and will run until 2am, giving you six hours to donate whatever you can to the cause.
