Fortnite Playground back up again – or at least we hope so after launch troubles.
After all the excitement about Fortnite Playground, players got to play two hours of it before it got removed.
As you can imagine, people were upset about the launch problems. For many PC players, the latest patch, v.4.5 entirely broke the game for them; with it freezing all the time.
One of the biggest problems players found while trying to get to the Playground was actually getting into a game; players were waiting up to an hour. Two frustrating hours after launch, Epic Games took the game down for maintenance.

With Fortnite noticing how annoyed players were with it all, they took to posting an update on Reddit – letting fans know what was going on.
We know you want to get back out to the Playground LTM. We’ve got multiple teams working to get this mode back into your hands so you can let your imaginations run wild.”
We want to inform you that the Playground LTM will remain closed for repairs for the night. We’ll have more information available tomorrow.”
Unfortunately, this doesn’t give us any real indication as to when it will be returning to Fortnite. For now, it looks like we will just have to keep our fingers crossed it’s sooner rather than later.
