Big news ahead of the ELEAGUE, as Olofmeister returning to FaZe!
FaZe Clan has been given a boost as Olof “olofmeister” Kajbjer is set to return to action.
Olofmeister went on hiatus back in June after managing only a week back on the roster. This all came after previously having a month off in May; he apologised to his team-mates and stated he simply wasn’t ready.
Since Olof went on hiatus, FaZe hasn’t exactly struggled; winning Intel Extreme Masters XIII – Sydney and ESL One: Belo Horizonte 2018. However, they were stunned by BiG in the semi-finals of ESL One Cologne.
Jørgen ‘cromen’ Robertsen had filled in for Olof at the two ESL tournaments, doing himself proud – but he will now drop back to the stand-in list.
Happy To Be Back
To @cromencsgo, who joined our roster one month ago to stand-in & in that time helped us reach 3 straight Semi-Finals, including the 🏆 at ESL One in Belo Horizonte:
THANK YOU 🤝
And to @olofmeister, our 3x Champion…
SEE YOU AT ELEAGUE 😉 pic.twitter.com/QyZPRN8w0j

In a post on Instagram, Olofmeister revealed just how happy he was to be back on the active roster.
For those who missed it, I’m back to playing again! Big thanks to the best teammates in the world and now it’s time to grind because we’re going to Atlanta in one week, let’s do this!”
He will get a chance to get right back into action in just a few weeks time, with FaZe taking part in the ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier in Atlanta over the next few weeks.
We look forward to seeing him getting back to AWPing the life out of everyone, soon enough!
