FaZe Clan has since risen to be one of the biggest names in esports. They have teams in all the big games worldwide, including Call of Duty, Fortnite, and Counter Strike: Global Offensive.

However, they’ll be continuing into the future without Barker. Confirming the news via their Twitter account, FaZe issued a short statement to say they’d be parting ways with their editor.

Why have FaZe Clan fired FaZe Barker?

It seems to be a rather messy scenario surrounding Barker and FaZe Clan’s abrupt ending. But the crux of the matter seems to stem from allegations made against Barker.

According to Dexerto, Barker had apparently been making advances towards a girl of just 16. Of course, these are just allegations and Barker himself has so far not replied directly to address rumours.

He did, however, take time out on his personal Twitter account to seemingly call out certain ‘snakes’ within his friendship circle.
