An image leak shows some brand new Super Smash Bros Ultimate Amiibos which could be coming soon. If the leak is real, we’ll get Amiibos for Pokemon Trainer, Snake, Cloud, Ivysaur, and Squirtle.
New Super Smash Bros Ultimate Amiibos Leak
The leak came from a post on the r/amiibo subreddit. The image initially came from a Discord server, which shows a promotional image for some new unreleased Amiibos.
Reddit user u/xenofan293 translated the names on the image, confirming some of the characters which may come as Amiibos.
Translations for the ones without pics are dark samus, ivysaur, squirtle, chrom, simon(right of snake) and richter. Corrin is bottom right and I cant tell top right, but I wouldnt be surprised if it was incineroar

The leak seems to confirm that Amiibos for all three Pokemon Trainers will be available, as well as Pokemon Trainer. The three starter Pokemon may come as a three pack.
There are other Amiibos which are confirmed to be coming soon. The Official Nintendo Store shows the Piranha Plant Amiibo release date is February 15th.
More Smash Bros Ultimate Leaks
Meanwhile, it seems like some more big news is coming to Super Smash Bros Ultimate. A recent notification reveals that Super Smash Bros Ultimate Version 2.0.0 is coming within a week. This may also include the release of Piranha Plant.
There are also many other Smash Bros Ultimate DLC leaks. These include rumors of new Smash Ultimate characters such as Erdrick, Minecraft Steve, Ryu Hayabusa, and the DOOM Marine.
With big updates soon to come to the game, we may even get a new Nintendo Direct. This could cover Super Smash Bros Ultimate news along with news of upcoming Nintendo games like Metroid Prime 4. While there is no Nintendo Direct currently announced for January, we may see one in February.
