Some brand new Fortnite leaks show that a Freeze Trap will soon be available in Fortnite Battle Royale v6.0! It also looks like a new Sledgehammer weapon will be making it to Fortnite Save the World. Here’s some more information on the latest Fortnite leaks.
New Fortnite Leaks – Battle Royale Freeze Trap
The Freeze Trap seems to be the next trap coming to Fortnite BR. The item was leaked by reputable Fortnite leaker @FNBRLeaks on Twitter.

The item is said to be rare, with the ability to do minor damage while also slowing down players who step on it.
The Freeze Trap has already been tried and tested in Fortnite Save The World, Fortnite’s PVE mode. You can see how it looks in action in this YouTube video by LokeHansen.
By the looks of things, it’ll freeze enemies in place for a few seconds. This can be useful for killing enemies fast. They’ll also take damage from the trap.
Speaking of Save The World, it looks like another new Fortnite weapon is coming.
New Fortnite Weapon – ‘Lead Sled’ Sledgehammer
More new Fortnite leaks show that a new Fortnite weapon will be introduced to Save The World.

According to @Sud4nym, the ‘Lead Sled’ Sledgehammer will do heavy damage to enemies and pick up speed with each hit. It’ll also have a Leap Attack, allowing users to jump down to a targeted foe and knock down enemies in the area.
While the weapon is set for Save The World, it may eventually make its way to Battle Royale.

These new v6.0 items should be added soon, with Fortnite Season 6 having launched just a few days ago.
Season 6, ‘Darkness Rises’, has a spooky theme, fitting for the month of Halloween. With a corrupted cube and Haunted Castle, there’s plenty to explore.
