Mortal Kombat 11 Gameplay

The Mortal Kombat 11 Event also gave fans a sneak peek at new gameplay mechanics and how they look in the game.

There’s both an Offensive and Defensive meter which tie to different moves. Players can also use a “Final Blow” move when their health reaches less than 30%.

You also get one “Krushing Blow” per match. These moves work similar to Brutalities and can sometimes trigger an X-Ray animation.

The game also allows you to block and counter moves with the “Perfect Block” mechanic. You can also now do a short hop instead of a jump to avoid certain moves.

These gameplay tweaks will make the game very interesting to play, with many new mechanics to exploit.
