We have two stellar matchups in the NA LCS Semifinals. On Saturday, it’s a grudge match between Cloud9 and TSM, two of the most storied organizations in NA. Then on Sunday it’s a rematch of the Spring Finals with Team Liquid vs 100 Thieves.

C9 and TSM have been going head to head for years and TSM comes out on top more often than not. But this time around, C9 are the favorites. They were the best team in the second half of the split and have seven quality players to choose from. For now, Jensen and Blaber are the projected starters, but there’s a good chance that we’ll be seeing Goldenglue and Svenskeren on stage as well.

For TSM, things are a little more straight forward. They have a team full of veterans that are more than familiar with the playoffs. The only real wild card on their side is their jungler, Grig. Experience wise, TSM certainly have the advantage, but that might not be enough to take down a surging C9 squad.

Team Liquid vs 100 Thieves is a rematch of the last finals. TL destroyed 100T in three straight matches then and they’ll look to do the same thing this time around. It’s also another chance for Doublelift to take down his old bot lane partner, Aphromoo.

TL will be the heavy favorites going into the match and there isn’t a real weak spot for 100T to exploit. Instead, 100T are just going to need to play their hearts out and hope they can catch TL off guard. If they can do that, then they’ll face the either TSM or C9 in the summer split finals in Oakland.
