Medievil PS4 release date?
Forbidden Planet listed several MediEvil products on its website, all of which are set to become available on 2 June 2019 (thanks, Comic Book).
Because of this, some fans speculate that Sir Daniel Fortesque will return to Gallowmere around June time. Given the game’s spooky visual style and the game’s announcement last Halloween, it’s still possible that Sony will release the game this October instead.
Medievil PS4 narrator?
It was also revealed last week that voice-actor, Lani Minella had signed on to play the game’s narrator.
As uncovered by YouTuber GrafxGramp, the announcement came via a tweet posted by Minella herself, which can be seen below.
Sincere gratitude to #Sony #MediEvil #GeorgeWeisman #MontyMudd and crew AND you MediEvil fans! I’m the Narrator of this remake of this great game for PS4. Looks and sounds fantastic! pic.twitter.com/Olpxw2WYZH

According to GrafxGramp, the announcement had been removed shortly after posting.
Since it seems to have been reposted on the same day that video was made, it seems likely that Minella will definitely be in the final game.
Who is Lani Minella?
Minella has a wealth of vocal credits across a variety of different games, including Sonic the Hedgehog, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, The Last of Us and Fire Emblem.
She also plays Ivy Valentine in the Soulcalibur series, and Pit, Lyn and Lucas in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
Most recently, she played Pesta in the Game of the Year-winning God of War.
It’s certainly an impressive catalogue, and Minella’s inclusion has already bolstered the hype for several fans eagerly awaiting the final game.

If June is indeed when MediEvil will hit the PlayStation 4, there shouldn’t be too long to wait to see what Minella brings to the Halloweeny world of Gallowmere.
