The Hearthstone HCT Fall Championship is only 2 days away and Blizzard have announced how to get free Hearthstone packs by participating! All players can get a free packs simply by rooting for their favorites. Here’s how.
Get Free Hearthstone Packs in the HCT Fall Championship
Blizzard announced the return of their Choose Your Champion contest for the Hearthstone Championship Tour Fall Championship.
Any player can participate for free! All you have to do is go to the Choose Your Champion page and choose the player you want to root for.
Everyone who takes part will get a free Hearthstone Pack from The Boomsday Project. What’s more, every time your champion advances you’ll receive an extra pack. That means if your choice of champion makes the finals, you’ll get a total of four packs.
You’ll get all the free Hearthstone packs you won the week after the Fall Championship. But be quick- you have to make your pick before October 10 at midnight. It’s an exciting promotion for Hearthstone fans, but also a perfect time for new players to get involved.
Hearthstone Fall Championship Starts Thursday
The HCT Fall Championship starts Thursday 11 October and lasts until the finals on the 15th. You can see the list of Competitors, Brackets, and the Match Schedule on the official website.
The event has a prize pool of $250,000, with the winner taking home $50,000.
Hearthstone is one of the top five most popular esports in 2018, with 43 million hours watched of esports streams this year. The Hearthstone Championship Tour Fall Championship will raise those numbers even more.
It’s also one of the biggest esports in terms of prize earnings. Players have earned over $14.2 million in total from the game, putting it just behind Heroes of the Storm and other popular esports in the top five.
