The biggest competitive Smash Bros Ultimate tournament yet starts today and there’s a lot to look forward to. Genesis 6 will feature some of the best players from Smash 4 and Melee competing in the new game. There’s also a huge Smash Bros Melee tournament and more action over the weekend. Genesis 6 Smash Bros Ultimate Tournament

Genesis 6 is one of the first major tournaments for Super Smash Bros Ultimate, and many top players are in attendance.

The Ultimate singles tournament features Hungrybox, Leffen, Armada, Mew2King, Tweek, Nairo, MkLeo, Dabuz, VoiD, Salem, ESAM, CaptainZack, Abadango, ANTi, and many more.

It’ll be interesting to see Melee gods and Smash 4 legends go head-to-head.

Genesis 6 Smash Bros Melee Tournament

While Super Smash Bros Ultimate may be the highlight of the event, it’ll still fsmaeature a huge Melee event with many top players in attendance.

Many of the best Smash Bros Melee players or Five Gods will compete. The Singles tournament features Hungrybox, Plup, Mew2King, Leffen, Mang0, Zain, and many more.

Armada is notably absent after announcing his retirement from Melee Singles in 2018. However, he will compete in the Smash Ultimate tournament.

Genesis 6 Games & Schedule

There’s a lot more for fighting game fans at Genesis 6. The event also features tournaments for Smash Bros Ultimate and Melee Doubles and Smash Bros 64 Singles and Doubles.

Super Smash Bros isn’t the only franchise on show. There are also tournaments in Rivals of Aether and Splatoon 2.
