Ninja joins Red Bull esports, and it sounds like a proper dream team.

Epic has already revealed a competitive season for Fortnite is on the way. But the game is set to have another major tournament with the backing of a notorious sponsor and of course, top Fortnite streamer; Tyler ‘Ninja’ Blevins.

There have already been a couple of tournaments over the past couple of months, with Ninja himself hosting one in Las Vegas to much success. However, the Rise Till Dawn competition, sponsored by Red Bull, might just be the biggest yet.

Not only are Ninja and Red Bull teaming up for this event, but it appears that they will be partnering for good, with the world’s most popular streamer already wearing Red Bull apparel.

As for the tournament, consisting of50 duo teams – that takes place (unfortunately for me) in Chicago on July 21st.

If you happen to find yourself in the windy city in mid-July, then you may be in luck. You could have the chance to prove yourself against some of the best players in the world.

The includes the opportunity at winning a massive prize pool and, just as cool, an opportunity to play against the Ninja himself.

Unfortunately, the event sold out in a matter of minutes, proving just how popular Fortnite, and the streamer, are.

Fortunately, the event will be streamed by both Ninja and Red Bull on their Twitch channels. So head there, and you won’t miss a moment of the action.

Red Bull esports certainly have the money and enthusiasm; seemingly snapping up the best players around, with them signing fighting game legend Daigo all the way back in 2015.

More recently, they agreed to be the shirt sponsor for American esports giants, Cloud9. Ironically, Cloud9 have a Fortnite team, so we’re not sure what this means for a potential Red Bull Fortnite team led by Ninja.
