The Forbes 30 Under 30 2019 list is now released and it includes a category specifically for games! The Forbes 30 Under 30 Gaming list includes many big names in the industry, including staff of Blizzard, Niantic, TSM, and various startups.

It also includes some big esports players and streamers. Fortnite YouTuber Ali-A and world’s biggest Twitch streamer Ninja make the Forbes 30 Under 30 for Gaming. Players such as Mew2King (Smash Bros Melee), Stewie2k (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive), and Doublelift (League of Legends) also appear.
Forbes 30 Under 30 Gaming – Ninja
It’s no surprise to see Ninja on the 30 Under 30 list. With 3.63 million Twitter followers and the most Twitch subscribers of any streamer, he’s by far the biggest name in gaming right now.
Ninja broke a Twitch record for most viewers earlier this year when he played Fortnite with Drake. A CNBC interview revealed Ninja earns over $500,000 a month from YouTube and Twitch, and his channels have only grown since then.
Forbes 30 Under 30 Gaming – Stewie2k
It might come as a surprise to some to see Stewie2k on the list. While he’s not the biggest player in Counter-Strike, he’s amassed a huge following for being one of the most popular players in North America.
Along with the rest of the Cloud9 roster, Stewie2k won the Boston ELEAGUE Major earlier this year. This was a monumental victory in CS:GO – the first time a North American team had ever won the official major championship.

Since then, he left C9 to join MIBR. Despite lackluster results for the latter half of the year, Stewie2k is still a huge name in gaming.
Forbes 30 Under 30 Gaming – Mew2King
Another interesting inclusion on the list was Jason “Mew2King” Zimmerman, known to some as M2K.
Mew2King’s name is almost synonymous with the Smash Bros pro scene. He’s been at the top level of Smash Bros Melee (one of the biggest fighting esports) for well over a decade.
He stands as one of the godfathers of the scene, and it’s impressive to see some Smash Bros representation on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. M2K could become an even bigger name next year if he makes the switch to Smash Bros Ultimate.
