Brax Joins MIBR for BLAST Pro Series Lisbon

MIBR announced yesterday that one of their star players, fer, would be unable to play BLAST Pro Series Lisbon. Fernando “fer” Al needs surgery for a recurring ear injury. MIBR announced a new stand-in would soon be revealed.

The stand-in turns out to be Braxton “brax” Pierce, formerly known as swag. Brax was previously banned for match-fixing in iBUYPOWER.

However, while he’s still unable to play Valve events, various tournament hosts have been more lenient. He’s been a recurring stand-in for Cloud9 and now plays with the Swole Patrol roster.

S0m Replaces Brax in Swole Patrol for CS:GO Minor

While Brax is still a member of Swole Patrol, his Valve event ban bars him from playing in the CS:GO Minor.

In the meantime, s0m joins Swole Patrol for the IEM Katowice 2019 Americas Minor Qualifiers. Brax and s0m’s ex-teammates shroud, n0thing, and seangares will also play in the CS:GO Minor Qualifiers as Old Guys Club.

It seems the move comes at the perfect time. With his schedule freed up, Brax will play with fellow NA stars tarik and Stewie2k, along with Fallen and coldzera in the MIBR roster.
