Is mOE to join Cloud9? No chance, but he is open to the idea…

Former Counter-Strike pro, Mohamad ‘mOE’ Assad, has claimed he is open to the idea of playing for Cloud9.

He is a controversial figure within the CSGO community. Despite it being two years since he played for Team Echo Fox, mOE has thrown his hat into the ring to replace Tarik.

Tarik left the Boston Major winners to reunite with Stewie2k at Made in Brazil; he left Cloud9 with just four active players on the roster.

While they may be in a bit of trouble at the moment, would Cloud9 turn to an ex-player; recently banned on Twitch for a homophobic slur?

mOE is considered as being an infamous Counter-Strike streamers thanks to his rage-filled antics on Twitch over several years. However, it looks like he is trying to make up for it a little by offering to donate his fee to a charity of his communities choosing.

Fans Unsure If He’s Being Serious

He has been a stand-in for Team Liquid previously, but it’s been more than two years since his last LAN event. His less than friendly reputation might cause brand issues too.

Cloud9 would be better finding a younger talent for the upcoming ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier in late July.
