The IEM Katowice CS:GO Minor proceedings start today. The CIS Minor and EU Minor are currently in play, with teams from across the Europe and CIS region competing for a spot in the major. If you need to know how to watch the CS:GO Minors and who to expect, here’s more information.

How To Watch IEM Katowice CS:GO Minor

With two minor championships taking place concurrently, matches will broadcast across multiple channels on various platforms.

Most matches will take place on the ESL_CSGO and ESL_CSGOb Twitch channels.

The EU and CIS Minors will run from 16-20 January while the Americas and Asia minors will take place from January 22-26.

IEM Katowice CIS Minor Teams

The CIS Minor features teams from across the CIS Region, including Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. The teams competing in the minor are as follows.

Nemiga Gaming vs. Team Spirit

Group B
AVANGAR vs. pro100
RuntimeGG vs. Winstrike Team

These teams will go head to head in the Group Stages on January 16 and 17. The teams who make it through will then go on to the playoffs, with the top two teams making it to the next stage.

IEM Katowice EU Minor Teams

Teams across the rest of Europe will compete in the EU Minor. This features some big top 15 teams such as mousesports and ENCE. Here are the teams in the IEM Katowice EU Minor.

Again, these teams will battle it out to make it to the playoffs and ultimately be one of the two teams to advance to the major.

The IEM Katowice Major kicks off with the New Challengers stage on February 13th. This is where the advancing teams will battle to move on to the New Legends stage. The matches will carry on until the Grand Finals on March 3rd, 2019.
